Mindset And Genius!
I believe that the most important trait or quality that defers Michael Jordan from his teammates is his moves, the way his body looks as hes throwing the basketball. they believe that the position his body takes is amazing. yes i believe that his genius gave him the opportunity to practice as hard as his team.

i will be using the following prompt. can intelligence be measure by a test. I claim that intelligence cannot be tested with a test because not everyone seems to be a good test taker and also because Angela Lee Duckworth claimed that some students who had a higher scored in the I.Q. were actually getting lower grades in school. she also claims that intelligence cannot be test.

I believe that mindset has a big impact on how the human brain works. There are two types of mindset that i know about and that's the fixed mindset and the growth mindset. the fixed mindset can be a bad thing for humans due to their believe that things cant be done in a different way and that they just have to accept the fact that its the way its, specially when it comes to how intelligent you are while with the growth mindset people actually believe that they can change the way the brain works, the believe that they can change how smart they are, and even improve at things that there weren't good at. I believe in this because of myself, i am my own example of being able to switch from one mindset to the other as i not always had a growth mindset.

Deconstructing a Mindset Experience!
Honestly speaking i do believe that by changing my mindset i can actually get better grades, because i have done it before in certain situation like with math for example, before i had a very fixed mindset about math i said i hated it, i didn't like it, i couldn't stand it, and that it just wasn't for me. i actually kept up with this mindset throughout my freshman year, but then i change sophomore year i started seen math differently and stop telling myself those things that weren't really helping and it work i actually don't hate math as much and i started being an 80 student in math, honestly i couldn't believe it myself i actually even got a 90 on a math test once who could have tough that i was actually good in some parts of math.

One of the post that i would like to discuss with my classmates, that i have post on my blog would be the survey question number ten which i strongly believe on, because i believe that everyone who believes that they are able to do something should do it. i also believe that there's no excuse for a person to not achieve their goals due to the fact that they do not believe in his/her self.

My experience as a student in the Bronx has been quite alright. As a student in new York it can be quite hard for you to adjust because everyone is just so different but at the same time its like everyone follows everyone else's steps. I strongly believe that the education in New York can be so much different therefore it can be so much better but however i can only speak for myself since i have been to school in another state in which i notice that the schools are bigger and there are more activities for the students to be involve into. I disagree with some ways that the education is run in New York such as why do they have to be so hard on the students, New York is the only state in which the students are forced to take all these hard test and to achieve such high amount of credits in order to graduate.

Todays reading made me realized that i have been right all along, specially every time i get up from a fall. I have been dealing with failure the right way. I have always been consistent my entire life, i have been trying over and over again. why? i have no idea i just do, because i believe that life is all about failure and its also about overcoming it and dealing with it. Thats my mindset and i don t think it will ever change.
One time that i can think of when i have come to fail in life was when i found out i was pregnant it was a big deal to me because my whole life was all about goals and reaching them. Honestly i did not know how to react to act, I shut down completely but however with time i came to find myself and overcome my struggle. I believe i have grit because all my life has been about me wanting to be successful, about being a better person. I developed grit when i started having family matters, when i decided i wanted to do better a be different and being different included doing everything that they did not get to accomplish such as getting an education. Angela Lee Duckworth made it clear on the video that grit is about wanting to be successful not about talent and that you cant measure intelligence with a simple test that most of the students who had a higher score in the
I.Q. were not doing as well.

hey guys!
I believe that i am tough because, in my life i had been put thru so much struggle and yet i have manage to keep myself up and running. Since i was a kid i have always had to do everything for my self if i wanted something i had to get it if i didn't know anything it was me who had to get a book and learn about it or just have older friends who have already been thru what i was going to go thru so they would explain me no one was ever there for me not even to explain me one simple thing like that at one point i would hit puberty. so yes if you ask me i would say i'm pretty tough because i have been thru so much. three qualities of mental toughness are : 1 . To be mentally tough is to resist the urge to give up and keep going in life no matter what happens or what life brings on. 2. Is to keep going with your goals in other words to have only one mindset and is the one of knowing that you can do it. 3. Lastly being mentally tough means being able to get up and be even stronger than you was before when you get up from a fall. Psychological resilience means to be able to get back to being the same person you was before you went thru a struggle and getting even stronger. no my answer did not changer after reading the article because, i still believe that i am pretty tough. What conclusions can you draw from mental toughness?

The question that i choose from the survey is question number ten. " i can, i can, i can
, (if i put my mind to it). i strongly agree with this quote because you can always change and pursue your mindset. In other words if you tell your self constantly that you can do something you will be able to do it because in your mind you are only having positive thoughts and it also can go the opposite way if you tell yourself that you can't do something soon you will learn that you really can't do it because of your mind set. can you formulate a theory for the relationship between the power of mindset and intelligence?
Helllo!!!!
my name is Tachelin Garcia. I live in bronx New York and i attend to Crotona Academy. I am very fun and i like to be outdoors. One of my favorite places to go is tot he park a.k.a. 'the woods' because i get to be inspired by animals, i also like to explore the outworld and try new things, however the main reason is beeves it just feels so therapeutic to be around nature and be able to just relax. Can you predict the outcome of life without the knowledge of psychology?
