Todays reading made me realized that i have been right all along, specially every time i get up from  a fall. I have been dealing with failure the right way. I have always been consistent my entire life, i have been trying over and over again. why? i have no idea i just do, because i believe that life is all about failure and its also about overcoming it and dealing with it. Thats my mindset and i don t think it will ever change.

One time that i can think of when i have come to fail in life was when i found out i was pregnant it was a big deal to me because my whole life was all about goals and reaching them. Honestly i did not know how to react to act, I shut down completely but however with time i came to find myself and overcome my struggle. I believe i have grit because all my life has been about me wanting to be successful, about being a better person. I developed grit when i started having family matters, when i decided i wanted to do better a be different and being different included doing everything that they did not get to accomplish such as getting an education. Angela Lee Duckworth made it clear on the video that grit is about wanting to be successful not about talent and that you cant measure intelligence with a simple test that most of the students who had a higher score in the
I.Q. were not doing as well.

   hey guys!

I believe that i am tough because, in my life i had been put thru so much struggle and yet i have manage to keep  myself up and running. Since i was a kid i have always had to do everything for my self if i wanted something i had to get it if i didn't know anything it was me who had to get a book and learn about it or just have older friends who have already been thru what i was going to go thru so they would explain me no one was ever there for me not even to explain me one simple thing like that at one point i would hit puberty. so yes if you ask me i would say i'm pretty tough because i have been thru so much.  three qualities of mental toughness are : 1 . To be  mentally tough is to resist the urge to give up and keep going in life no matter what happens or what life brings on. 2. Is to keep going with your goals in other words to have only one mindset and is the one of knowing that you can do it. 3. Lastly being mentally tough means being able to get up and be even stronger than you was before when you get up from a fall. Psychological resilience means to be able to get back to being the same person you was before you went thru a struggle and getting even stronger. no my answer did not changer after reading the article because, i still believe that i am pretty tough. What conclusions can you draw from mental toughness?

The question that i choose from the survey is question number ten. " i can, i can, i can
, (if i put my mind to it). i strongly agree with this quote because you can always change and pursue your mindset. In other words if you tell your self constantly that you can do something  you will be able to do it because in your mind you are only having positive thoughts and it also can go the opposite way if you tell yourself that you can't do something soon you will learn that you really can't do it because of your mind set.  can you formulate a theory for the relationship between  the power of mindset and intelligence?

        Helllo!!!!

my name is Tachelin Garcia. I live in bronx New York and i attend to Crotona Academy. I am very fun and i like to be outdoors. One of my favorite places to go is tot he park a.k.a. 'the woods' because i get to be inspired by animals, i also like to explore the outworld and try new things, however the main reason is beeves it just feels so therapeutic to be around nature and be able to just relax. Can you predict the outcome of life without the knowledge of psychology?
